Google AdSense Click Tracker

With AdSense Google Click Tracker you can compare the clicks between your statistic's and Google'S AdSense Sistem. It is not 100% acurate but it can help you make an ideea about the estimated number of clicks on your Google Adsense ads and the number reported by Google's AdSense Statistics.

I've tried to use Event "onfocus" the object "iframe" generated by Google, but I noticed it does not work with Geko browsers (Firefox, Mozilla, Opera, Safari) because of international standards.

The solution I found is the following:

  • - Test to see if the mouse is on any ads from Google.
  • -If your mouse is on the ads then initialize an object of that page with the value "1" ("onMouseover" event)
  • - If the mouse leaves this area (ie, "iframe" your name "google_ads_frame"), then the object that I mentioned above will get value "0"

    • We connect these two events with the "iframe" objects generatet by Google after the page fully loaded (window.onload event)

    Okay, they said we solved some problems. Now you must test if the user exited the page with a Java function "window.onUnload" which will call another function that testif the mouse was one of the objects 'iframe' generated by Google.If the mouse was on any area with Google Ads then a php script is called to log the clik on that ad.

    Algoritumu can generate false clicks and so do not jump you take a fight with those from Google:). Let me tell you how to generate fake clicks .. On a slow computer if the user clicks on an ad and quickly move the cursor outside ad it will signal that it came from advertising and click will not be logged.

    Here is sequence of code to try to see if it works or not. Works for me for sure!
